it costs so little, before it gets too much . . .

. . .  consider what you spend a month on chems, booze, going out, losing phones, people pleasing others, clothes you never wear or the price of repeating relationship dysfunctions – 4 hours face2face COACHING a month on sorting yourself out is likely to cost just the same or even less. 

This makes more sense than getting sorted on the escape routes you know so well. A few grams less over a month, more nights in, less eating out and the money is found.   

Then a new managed lifestyle begins. . .

 Healthier Boundary-led  Relationships. Codependency Recovery. Balanced recreational drug use, including booze..

An enlarged social structure. Structured prosperity consciousness. Higher esteem, ending chaos living and reduced negativity. Moving on.

Although I have continued experience of 12 Step programme material in my own life, I don’t offer it in Coaching work, unless requested, though I may suggest entry into such support groups if deemed fit.
